The July meeting's pre-meeting topic is a garage sale. It's a great opportunity to clean out the shack / garage / storage bins & score some $$ for that next big purchase! Sellers, mark your items with your call or name and a price; prices must be $20 or less. Buyers, arrive early for the best bargains!
Registration is now open for the 2010 fall HamCram for General session. Registration, which is open to technician license holders, will be open until September 3 August 28. Details are available at the HamCram web page; register now at the Mart's "General License HamCram Class" web page.
Both TechNet and Youth Net are taking a summer break. We expect the nets to resume in late August.

Roswell's Mayor Jere Wood at the City Council meeting on June 21 proclaimed Jim W4QO to be Roswell's Radio Amateur of the Year. The award was a complete surprise to Jim. Jim's family had been notified earlier and was able to attend the council meeting to see him be honored. Join us in congratulating Jim for this well earned award.
Bob KJ4IXI took his camera to the ARC Hamfest and captured many photos of hamfest activities for us. They are posted in the 2010 Club Photo Album. Bob, thanks for sending them.
